About the role
In this high-impact position, you own the full sales cycle and help shape the go-to-market approach. You’ll lead consultative conversations with decision-makers in HR, Procurement, and Fleet, tailor demos based on real customer pains, collaborate with Marketing on outreach, and provide input to the Product roadmap.
Key responsibilities
- Own the entire sales process — from discovery call to close.
- Lead consultative conversations with HR, Procurement, and Fleet decision-makers.
- Tailor demos that address actual customer pains rather than running through a generic slide deck.
- Collaborate with Marketing on outreach and campaigns.
- Provide actionable feedback to Product to help shape future developments.
- Help refine our sales process as the team scales.
What you bring
- 3-5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in a mid-market or enterprise context.
- Based in the Netherlands; fluent in Dutch & English.
- Comfortable selling early-stage, fast-evolving products.
- Consultative, curious, and adept at simplifying complex solutions.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and ready to roll up your sleeves.
- Bonus: experience selling to HR, Finance, Mobility, or Compensation & Benefits.
