About the role
As an Inside Account Manager, you will independently manage a customer portfolio and work closely with field sales to deliver excellent service and measurable commercial results in a mature, competitive mobility market in the Netherlands.
Key responsibilities
- Own and grow a defined customer portfolio, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
- Proactively identify, pursue and convert commercial opportunities each day
- Hold high-quality, consultative conversations that translate needs into solutions
- Maintain regular (pro)active contact and develop account plans with clear targets
- Handle complaints with empathy and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to deliver seamless fleet management services
What you bring
- Higher professional education level (HBO)
- Experience in a commercial inside-sales or account management role
- Strong commercial, communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-, service- and results-oriented mindset; you do not leave opportunities unused
- Empathy, professionalism and natural rapport-building ability
- Self-starter with a proactive new-business mindset
- Constructive challenger of existing processes and ways of working
- Fluent Dutch and good English, spoken and written
