You will focus on acquiring new clients (≈ 75%) while also maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients (≈ 25%). As the face of the organisation in the field, you’ll spend most of your time on the road visiting potential customers, presenting lease and mobility solutions, participating in networking events, and converting leads into clients in collaboration with internal teams.
Proactively approach new customers and present benefits of lease / private lease and fleet solutions.
Maintain and build relationships with existing clients.
Collaborate with inside sales (binnendienst) and marketing to convert leads.
Spend ~3-4 days/week visiting clients and 1 day/week in the office (The Hague).
Attend networking events and trade shows to increase visibility.
Contribute ideas on new strategic sales opportunities.
Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Account Manager in the leasing industry.
HBO level education.
Strong commercial instinct, communication skills, entrepreneurial mindset, result-oriented and proactive.
Experience in acquiring new business (new clients).
Experience with influencing decision-making units (DMU) and stakeholder management.
Driving licence B.
Experience with HubSpot is a plus / willingness to work with it.
Salary starting from €4,200/month + bonus scheme.
