About the role
You’ll build and manage your own portfolio within the IT staffing world. Your role involves cold-acquisition of new clients, identifying organisations in need of IT professionals, advising them strategically, negotiating rates & contracts—and celebrating wins with your team. You’ll receive on-the-job guidance and practical sales training to boost your growth.
Key responsibilities
- Actively approach new clients via cold outreach and build lasting relationships.
- Spot commercial opportunities in companies looking for IT personnel.
- Provide consultative advice on filling IT vacancies and offer strategic collaboration.
- Negotiate rates and service agreements.
- Work from the GIRLS office in Gouda in a friendly, informal environment.
What you bring
- HBO bachelor’s degree.
- Some initial commercial experience.
- Comfortable with cold calling / acquisition.
- Strong drive, courage and commercial mindset.
- Fluent Dutch in both speaking & writing.
