About the role

You will be responsible for growing and managing the revenue within your region by selling continuing education solutions to schools and school boards (primary, secondary, MBO). You’ll actively approach and visit new customers, understand their needs, create demand, and offer solution-oriented advice. Collaboration across internal teams is essential to maintaining high customer satisfaction and fulfil promises.

Key responsibilities

  • Acquire new educational customers and build out your own customer base in Gelderland & Twente.

  • Visit prospects and existing clients (school directors, boards) in person.

  • Identify, uncover, and create client needs; think in terms of solutions.

  • Stay up to date on market developments in the education sector.

  • Ensure that agreements are kept and targets are met.

  • Report to the Education Director.

What you bring

  • Completed HBO education.

  • Experience in the education sector.

  • Strong commercial talent and sales drive; undaunted by tough targets.

  • Enterprise-mindset; proactive and with a usable network in education is a plus.

  • Representable appearance; excellent credibility with school leadership.

  • Driving licence B.

What we offer

  • Salary between €3,500 - €4,800 gross per month, depending on experience.

  • 40 vacation days, to be taken during school holidays.
