You will build your own client base in the BeNe region, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Once deals are won, you continue nurturing these accounts long term. You serve as a growth consultant for clients, delivering strong ROI and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also partner with cross-functional teams to deliver success to both clients and the organization.
Proactively identify, qualify and pursue new clients via phone, email & LinkedIn
Conduct needs assessments to uncover client pain points and tailor solutions.
Close deals and manage/expand accounts over time.
Act as trusted advisor to clients, driving satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success.
Continuously enhance industry knowledge and stay ahead of trends.
Proven track record in B2B sales (full cycle).
Proactive, self-driven mindset with ambition to grow internationally.
Ability to thrive in a fast, target-driven environment.
Excellent Dutch (written & spoken); professional English.
Base salary plus uncapped commission and quarterly bonuses.
