About the role

You build and manage a network of market professionals that match clients in your IT niche, becoming an expert in your field. You’re responsible for sourcing new partners, maintaining relationships with existing ones, guiding candidates through the recruitment process, and negotiating expectations for win-win outcomes. You work in a young, energetic organisation where you own your business as if it were your own.

Key responsibilities

  • Acquire new partners and maintain relationships with existing partners. 

  • Learn your niche market: identify where professionals are, what they care about, and position yourself as an expert. 

  • Guide and support candidates through the full application process. 

  • Negotiate and manage expectations with clients and candidates. 

What you bring

  • Living in or around Amsterdam. 

  • HBO or WO education, or HBO-/WO thinking level; commercial direction preferred. 

  • Driven, motivated and ambitious; you set high standards. 

  • Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile. 

  • Strong communication skills. 

  • Excellent Dutch (verbal & writing). 

What we offer

  • Salary range: €2,500-€8,000 gross/month depending on performance & experience.
