You will contribute to growth by sourcing and engaging potential clients, working closely with Marketing and Account Executives to turn leads into customers. You will initiate outbound sales actions (social selling, events, seminars), listen to prospect needs, and find creative ways to expand brand awareness. This role is a perfect start for a B2B sales career with real impact.
Generate and qualify leads through outbound activities, social channels, events and seminars.
Collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives to onboard new clients.
Identify client needs and communicate them internally to refine propositions.
Develop and execute strategies to increase visibility and build awareness.
Continuously learn, adapt and contribute to the growth trajectory.
Master’s degree (or equivalent) in economics, business or similar; prior work experience is not required.
Energy for communication with prospects and the ability to uncover and develop business opportunities.
Excellent Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
Initiative, motivation and ability to work independently.
Eagerness to learn, adaptable and ambitious.
Comfortable working in a fast-growing environment and stepping in when needed.
