About the role

You are the first point of contact for potential customers and the driving force behind creating and increasing demand for the platform. You’ll help the market discover how the solution benefits their organisation, qualify interest together with Marketing, and ensure Account Executives can focus on what matters most.

A day in the life

Find high-potential prospects, reach out via phone, email or LinkedIn, schedule discovery calls, and explain how the platform helps companies manage Quality & Safety more efficiently. When interest is confirmed, involve the Sales team for next steps.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage leads and keep pipelines up to date.

  • Create demand for the platform.

  • Write engaging, value-driven content.

  • Support Account Executives with demand-generation activities.

What you bring

  • You’re “close to a poet” when it comes to writing content.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Dutch and English.

  • Detail-oriented, analytical and customer-focused.

  • Understanding of business processes.

  • Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction.
