About the role
As a Career Coach in Utrecht, you manage a full 360-degree recruitment and account management process, combining talent acquisition, client development and career guidance.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and expand a network of client organisations.
- Source and select professionals for open roles.
- Advise candidates on career options and development paths.
- Negotiate employment terms and facilitate agreements.
- Coach and support professionals in their personal and professional growth.
- Manage your own portfolio, client relationships and commercial results.
