You’ll be responsible for growing and managing revenue in the childcare segment by offering continuing education solutions to childcare organisations and their leadership. You actively approach and visit new clients, assess their needs, co-create solutions, work with various internal teams and stay on top of market developments to maintain high customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.
Build and expand your customer portfolio among childcare organisations and overseeing bodies.
Actively prospect and visit new clients; sell continuing education programs.
Identify client needs, create demand and think solution-oriented with customers.
Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure top-level client satisfaction.
Stay informed about latest developments in the childcare education market.
Report directly to the Education Director.
Participate in an extensive sales skills assessment as part of the hiring process.
Completed HBO degree.
Proven track record in sales.
Strong goal orientation; not shy of challenging targets.
Entrepreneurial and self-starter attitude.
Presentable, confident and persuasive in conversations.
Experience or network in childcare sector and ability to work effectively with its stakeholders.
Driving licence B.
Preferably based in Central Netherlands.
Market-competitive salary, depending on experience.
