You are responsible for customer growth: you’ll deeply learn the software products, understand client care processes, and combine proactive outreach with excellent aftersales. You’ll work online (presentations, demos via video) and by phone, manage leads, interact closely with the helpdesk team, and ensure clients stay satisfied while uncovering opportunities to sell additional services.
Deliver compelling presentations of our software products (mainly online via video calls).
Respond to inbound sales inquiries.
Actively follow up leads and manage the sales process.
Introduce additional services to new and existing customers.
Spot trends in client usage / market and feed them back internally.
Handle after-sales support and complaints when needed.
HBO thinking & working level.
Minimum 2 years relevant sales experience.
Strong persuasion skills and ability to build customer profiles.
Proactive, driven, excellent communicator.
Ability to maintain discretion with sensitive information.
