About the role

The organisation is recruiting for a Corporate Tech Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for IT specialists (e.g., Java, .NET, Data, Cloud, Scrum) within a dedicated IT-label, covering locations in Amsterdam or Den Bosch, for 36-40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and manage a talent pool of IT professionals aligned with business strategy.
  • Source, qualify and interview IT-candidates in office and remote settings.
  • Run the end-to-end recruitment process from screening to placement.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to translate technical requirements into successful matches.
  • Negotiate offers with candidates and support candidate onboarding.
  • Analyse recruitment targets and metrics to optimise hiring processes.
  • Contribute to employer branding activities and organise tech‐events and strategic partnerships.

  • HBO or WO qualification.
  • Excellent command of Dutch.
  • Commercial mindset and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and drive results.
  • Proven talent for establishing and maintaining relationships at various levels.
  • Sociable, network-oriented with genuine interest in the growth and career development of IT-professionals.
  • Team player who contributes to a high-performance culture.

What we offer

  • Starting salary of approximately €3,100 monthly, plus unlimited placement bonuses and quarterly team bonuses.
