You’ll respond to inbound customer inquiries from private individuals and businesses related to online listings via phone, email, chat and app. You’ll support users in placing and managing listings, ensure ad quality, handle customer data in the CRM (Salesforce), and collaborate across Customer Care, Sales and CRM teams in an international setting.
Be first point of contact for incoming issues from users via various channels (phone, chat, email, app).
Help users create, maintain and optimise their listings and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Process new orders, customer details and changes in the CRM.
Share ideas and improvements, especially since the role is dynamic and task variety is high.
Coordinate with international colleagues in other markets.
MBO+ or HBO level.
Excellent communication, accuracy and a service-oriented attitude.
Fluent in Dutch (spoken & written); basic English.
Resilience under pressure, willingness to roll up your sleeves.
Affinity with the automotive sector is a plus.
1-3 years relevant experience is preferable.
Living in or near Amsterdam.
