About the role

You will be part of a two-person Customer Success team working closely with clients (care practices & organisations) to guide and improve their customer journey. Your role includes onboarding new clients to the platform, proactively evaluating usage, identifying upsell opportunities, advising on best practices, resolving problems, and acting as a key touchpoint especially during implementations. You also help gather feedback to inspire product improvements and enhance the overall experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Guide the customer journey: evaluate client usage and proactively suggest ways to get more value out of the platform.

  • Onboard new clients and ensure they are comfortable with the product; respond to their issues, provide advice and escalate when needed.

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client feedback and needs.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships; act as the point of contact for clients especially during major implementations.

  • Suggest innovative ideas or improvements to exceed customer expectations.

What you bring

  • Affinity with and/or experience in the healthcare sector.

  • Completed MBO-4 or HBO education (commercial field or healthcare background preferred).

  • Strong communication skills: good at telephone, chat, video and written contact.

  • Empathy and customer-oriented mindset.

  • Independent and responsible, with curiosity and initiative.

  • Teamplayer, yet comfortable working with freedom and taking ownership.

  • Enthusiastic, ambitious and proactive.

What we offer

  • Salary between €3,000 - €3,600 gross (40h basis, pro rata for fewer hours), depending on experience.

  • Flexible working options.

  • Company laptop and work-accessories.

  • 25 vacation days + 8% holiday allowance (full-time).

  • Good onboarding, coaching, and focus on work satisfaction.

  • Travel and expense reimbursement.

  • Enthusiastic, informal and innovative team culture.

  • Plenty of room for growth and initiative within your role.
