About the role

The organisation is seeking a Customer Success Manager (hybrid, based in Haarlem, Netherlands) to act as the main link between customers and internal teams. From onboarding new clients to supporting their ongoing use of digital signing and identification solutions, you will ensure customer satisfaction, engagement, and long-term success.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after purchase, delivering responsive and solution-oriented support.
  • Guide clients through onboarding to help them make effective use of the platform and related services.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth or upsell.
  • Act as the customer advocate by sharing feedback and insights with internal product and service teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success colleagues to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and usage data to identify risks and ensure retention.
  • Contribute to the improvement of customer journeys, focusing on scalability and automation.
  • Stay informed on product updates and industry trends to provide strategic advice to customers.

What you bring

  • Strong communication and listening skills, with a collaborative and proactive attitude.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with enthusiasm and problem-solving capability.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Interest or experience in IT or SaaS environments is an advantage.
