You will ensure a smooth and customer-oriented e-commerce process: handling home-order transactions and online customer requests, monitoring digital customer journeys, and contributing to a flawless service experience. As part of the Customer Support team, you’ll work closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance and external partners.
Process online customer orders from input through invoicing without errors.
Liaise with internal departments and external partners to resolve issues.
Manage and improve customer portals and e-commerce workflows.
Generate reports and analyses on assortment, lead times and performance.
Address customer questions or bottlenecks and support process improvements.
Contribute actively to team projects and initiatives.
MBO or HBO level of thinking and working.
Affinity with e-commerce and/or customer support in a commercial setting.
Excellent Dutch verbal and written skills; good command of English.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with Salesforce, ERP systems or SharePoint is a plus.
Accurate, structured, service-oriented, stress-resistant and solution-driven attitude.
Detail-oriented with strong process awareness.
