About the role
You will be the first point of contact for customers, offering support and advice, listening carefully to their needs and challenges. You begin with a comprehensive onboarding at the head office, then build product knowledge, work closely with your team-lead on a personal development plan, and have opportunities to grow into roles such as sales, marketing, consultancy or product.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as first contact for customers and address their questions/issues.
- Learn to understand both the organisation’s offerings and customer requirements.
- Work with a proactive, positive mindset, switching between different topics.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver effective solutions.
- Contribute ideas and improvements from customer feedback and internal projects.
What you bring
- Completed HBO or WO bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Good listening skills, ability to explain solutions clearly.
- Proactive attitude and enthusiasm; enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
- Able to switch quickly between different tasks and priorities.
What we offer
- Annual salary of approximately €35,500 - €37,000 (incl. 13th month & holiday allowance) for 40h/week, depending on experience.
- Contract for 32-40 hours/week with at least 50% office presence.
- 13th month pay, travel or home office allowance, 8% holiday allowance.
