About the role

You will follow up leads from marketing (trial users, people who viewed videos or contacted via the website), call them to understand their challenges and needs, and determine if the company’s solution is a good fit. You own the full sales process—from first call to closing the software sale. Great performance by the team earns a 20% bonus on top of your salary.

Key responsibilities

  • Contact leads from marketing (trial, video, website) to qualify their needs and challenges.

  • Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, negotiation, closing.

  • Work closely with the inside sales team (10-15 colleagues) and support systems.

  • Learn and apply proven sales techniques; continuously improve your skills through training.

What you bring

  • Completed HBO or WO degree.

  • Fluent verbal and written Dutch and English.

  • Enjoy talking with customers, understanding their situation and helping them.

What we offer

  • Starting salary from approximately €2,700 gross/month (depending on knowledge/experience).

  • 20% bonus when the team meets sales targets.
