About the role
You will connect talented IT professionals to exciting assignments at clients, manage the full recruitment process from sourcing through placement, write compelling job ads, and build your own candidate network. With a hands-on environment and frequent switching between tasks, you’ll make a real impact, while receiving guidance and space for your own initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Kick off your day with daily team stand-ups to align goals and focus.
- Draft job postings that attract attention.
- Actively source IT candidates via LinkedIn, jobboards and your network.
- Conduct intake interviews, evaluate candidates, and guide them through the full hiring process.
- Think commercially, show initiative, move fast between tasks and seize new opportunities.
What you bring
- Some experience already in recruitment or another commercial role.
- Minimum of an HBO bachelor’s, or a commercially oriented MBO-4 with relevant experience.
- Full-time availability (40 hours/week).
- Fluent Dutch (speaking & writing).
- Resilience, courage and a commercial mindset.
What we offer
- Starting gross salary of €3,000/month for 40 hours.
- Bonus per successful placement between €137.50 and €275 (uncapped).
- After promotion: bonus rises to €275-€500 per placement; for top scorers possible bonuses up to €5,000/month.
- €50/month contribution toward health insurance.
