This organisation delivers end-to-end IT services—covering infrastructure, end-user management and software development—through outsourcing, projects, consultancy and on-site professionals—to help clients run and evolve their digital environments.
About the role
You will grow a portfolio of customers by strengthening existing relationships and creating new ones. After a structured two-month onboarding, you map customer needs, match them to our propositions and guide the commercial process from first contact to close in close collaboration with your team lead and delivery colleagues.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage a personal sales pipeline (new business & account development).
- Conduct discovery, qualify opportunities and deliver tailored proposals.
- Lead customer meetings and negotiations; close deals independently.
- Collaborate with consultants/engineers and delivery to ensure a smooth start.
- Report on progress and forecast accurately; continuously improve approach.
What you bring
- Completed HBO bachelor’s (commercial field preferred).
- ~1 year of relevant sales experience (part-time/side jobs count).
- Driving licence B and willingness to travel within region.
- Commercial mindset, proactive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Excellent Dutch, spoken and written.
- Based in the Randstad or Eindhoven area.
