Junior Accountmanager

About the role

This job ad concerns a position as a Recruitment Consultant at a well-known international recruitment firm specialising in tech, insurance and banking.

Key responsibilities

• Work with clients to identify staffing needs and find suitable candidates. 
• Use various sourcing and recruitment techniques to build and maintain a candidate database.
• Act as a “brand champion”, promoting the consultancy to clients and candidates and positioning it as a recruitment partner of choice. 
• Develop new business through networking, business development, and building relationships with professionals in relevant sectors (e.g. IT, finance, banking). 
• Meet individual KPIs and contribute to a high-performance sales culture. 

What you bring

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage with a variety of professionals. 
• Motivation, resilience, ambition, and a sales-oriented mindset. 
• Fluency in Dutch or a relevant working language (depending on location) may be required.
