About the role
This job ad concerns a position as a Recruitment Consultant at a well-known international recruitment firm specialising in tech, insurance and banking.
Key responsibilities
- Work with clients to identify staffing needs and find suitable candidates.
- Use various sourcing and recruitment techniques to build and maintain a candidate database.
- Act as a “brand champion”, promoting the consultancy to clients and candidates and positioning it as a recruitment partner of choice.
- Develop new business through networking, business development, and building relationships with professionals in relevant sectors (e.g. IT, finance, banking).
- Meet individual KPIs and contribute to a high-performance sales culture.
What you bring
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage with a variety of professionals.
- Motivation, resilience, ambition, and a sales-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in Dutch or a relevant working language (depending on location) may be required.
