You are responsible for managing and growing key large accounts, particularly in the enterprise segment. You act as the primary contact for these accounts, understand their strategic goals, oversee complex deals, collaborate with technical, product, and partner teams to deliver tailored solutions, and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Maintain and develop relationships with strategic enterprise customers (key accounts).
Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
Lead large sales cycles: needs-analysis, proposal, negotiation, closing.
Coordinate with internal teams (technical, product, partner) to align solutions.
Work on long-term account planning and forecasting.
Ensure revenue and margin targets are met.
Monitor market & vendor trends to bring innovation to accounts.
Several years of experience in B2B key account / enterprise sales.
Strong understanding of IT, Cloud and/or cybersecurity solutions.
Excellent communication & presentation skills; negotiation experience.
Fluent in Dutch & English.
Strategic mindset combined with customer-centric approach.
Willingness to travel to customer sites.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders & complex deals.
