The organisation is seeking motivated professionals to join its team as Key Client Managers and Network Growth Managers, responsible for building and expanding relationships with C-suite executives across Belgium and the Netherlands. You will engage senior decision-makers, strengthen partnerships, and help grow an exclusive international business network.
Identify and engage with senior decision-makers in target markets.
Initiate contact with C-level executives via phone and LinkedIn.
Present the organisation’s concept in scheduled video meetings and secure their participation in the business network.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with executives, understanding their goals and investment plans.
Develop strategies to expand the network and contribute to overall business growth.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve shared targets.
1–2 years of client-facing experience in a commercial or B2B environment.
Proven success in cold calling and relationship building.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and business skills.
A results-oriented mindset with persistence and proactivity.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
Fluency in Dutch and English.
