About the role
The organisation is seeking motivated professionals to join its team as Key Client Managers and Network Growth Managers, responsible for building and expanding relationships with C-suite executives across Belgium and the Netherlands. You will engage senior decision-makers, strengthen partnerships, and help grow an exclusive international business network.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage with senior decision-makers in target markets.
- Initiate contact with C-level executives via phone and LinkedIn.
- Present the organisation’s concept in scheduled video meetings and secure their participation in the business network.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with executives, understanding their goals and investment plans.
- Develop strategies to expand the network and contribute to overall business growth.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve shared targets.
What you bring
- 1–2 years of client-facing experience in a commercial or B2B environment.
- Proven success in cold calling and relationship building.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and business skills.
- A results-oriented mindset with persistence and proactivity.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
