About the role
You will own the full commercial journey: from lead sourcing and qualification to deal closing. You’ll activate ideal customers (ICP) and drive growth using a hybrid PLG (product-led growth) / SLG (sales-led growth) model. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to continuously optimize the funnel.
Key responsibilities
- Source, engage and qualify new leads (inbound & outbound).
- Have persuasive conversations, perform demos, and close deals.
- Hand over clients successfully to Customer Success team.
- Manage pipeline in Zoho and maintain conversion metrics.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, RevOps and internal stakeholders.
What you bring
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development or commercial roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Native or near-native Dutch (C1 level) & proficient English.
- Proactive, structured work style and a true doer mentality.
- Experience with CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot etc.) is a plus.
- Affinity with HR, platforms or digital product solutions.
