You will own the full commercial journey: from lead sourcing and qualification to deal closing. You’ll activate ideal customers (ICP) and drive growth using a hybrid PLG (product-led growth) / SLG (sales-led growth) model. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to continuously optimize the funnel.
Source, engage and qualify new leads (inbound & outbound).
Have persuasive conversations, perform demos, and close deals.
Hand over clients successfully to Customer Success team.
Manage pipeline in Zoho and maintain conversion metrics.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, RevOps and internal stakeholders.
At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development or commercial roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Native or near-native Dutch (C1 level) & proficient English.
Proactive, structured work style and a true doer mentality.
Experience with CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot etc.) is a plus.
Affinity with HR, platforms or digital product solutions.
Salary range: €3,200 – €4,800 per month (40h)
8% holiday pay & 8% pension contribution (flexible)
25 vacation days (40h)
Mobility budget: €800/month (gross)
Training budget: €2,000/year
