As a Sales Consultant, you are the architect of long-term client relationships in the world of freelance IT professionals. You’ll independently build and grow your customer portfolio, offering clients and candidates the highest level of service. This is your opportunity to help shape the company, department and team — you’ll be a co-pilot in the success story of a fast-growing recruitment startup. You’ll also have the chance to get involved in marketing or initiate independent projects alongside your core responsibilities.
Build, expand and maintain your own client portfolio.
Match freelance IT professionals with suitable client projects.
Drive new business development and long-term partnerships.
Contribute to the growth and structure of the team and organisation.
Collaborate with colleagues on marketing and side projects.
HBO or WO degree.
Entrepreneurial mindset and consultative approach.
Natural affinity for recruitment and/or sales.
Strong persuasion and communication skills; ability to combine analytical thinking with personal connection.
Customer-focused attitude and drive to continuously improve.
High energy and proactive mindset; eager to contribute to growth.
Starting salary: €31,200 per year.
