About the role

You’ll work in a dynamic environment filling vacancies for new and existing clients within your own niche (e-commerce, SaaS, fintech, crypto, etc.). With a structured onboarding you learn all aspects of recruitment, candidate sourcing, business development and account management. Over time you’ll build your own customer portfolio and grow into a trusted advisor for both candidates and clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Fill roles for clients by sourcing candidates via headhunting, databases, social media and cold/warm outreach.

  • Manage relationships with both candidates and clients in your niche.

  • Develop business: build your own client base in assigned sectors.

  • Consultatively sell both to clients (companies) and to candidates.

  • Personal branding, talent sourcing & advertisement.

  • Negotiate on different levels and ensure high placement quality.

What you bring

  • HBO thinking and working level (degree in business, commercial or marketing preferred). Diploma is helpful but not mandatory.

  • Excellent command of Dutch; ability to communicate in English as well.

  • Affinity or interest in IT, tech or innovation sectors; willingness to learn.

  • Some experience in a sales/recruitment/commercial role (can be from part-time/stage).

  • Comfortable with cold acquisition / outreach.

  • Driving licence and willingness to work onsite in Zwanenburg.

  • Winner’s mentality: driven, ambitious and resilient.

What we offer

  • Salary with fixed + variable part. Typical earnings between €4,000 - €10,000/month depending on performance and seniority.
