Recruitment Consultant

About the role

You will build your own business within the firm: act as connector between companies and candidates, guide both sides toward the perfect match, and take full ownership of your client base. You’ll develop relationships, manage the recruitment process end to end, and ensure that both clients and candidates reach their goals.

Key responsibilities

• Source, match and guide freelance IT/digital professionals to suitable client projects.

• Build relationships with companies and clients and embed them in your portfolio.

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, advising and placement.

• Take responsibility for delivering results and optimizing your own performance.

What you bring

• HBO or WO degree (or equivalent).

• Commercial mindset, proactive and communicative.

• Service-oriented and ambitious.

• Fluent in Dutch and English.

• Based in or around Amsterdam.
