About the role
You will join as a Sales Consultant (starter level), working either from Amsterdam (Amsterdam-Zuid) or Den Bosch, as part of a traineeship-driven sales team in IT-staffing.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships, including online and in-person client meetings, and create client proposals.
- Manage the recruitment process: build a pool of IT-professionals, select and match candidates to clients, and guide candidates through the placement process.
- Negotiate and agree collaboration terms with clients, and handle contract and placement follow-up.
- Monitor and report on your own targets on a weekly basis.
- Keep up to date with market and sector trends relevant to your specialism and apply insights accordingly.
What you bring
- A bachelor’s degree (HBO or WO).
- Excellent command of the Dutch language (native or bilingual).
- A commercial mindset and strong communication skills.
- Results-orientated attitude, resilience under pressure, and ability to handle fast-paced, dynamic work.
- Residence within ~45 minutes of Amsterdam or Den Bosch office location.
What we offer
- Starting salary of approximately € 2,850/month, with on-target earnings (OTE) between € 36,000 – € 85,000/year depending on performance.
