You are the front line of growth: identifying and qualifying new prospects across Europe, making outreach via calls, emails and LinkedIn, and handing qualified leads to the Account Executive team. You’ll learn everything about our product, market, competitors and become an expert, while growing into further commercial roles.
Reach out to new prospects (phone, email, social) and qualify them.
Use tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage outreach.
Act as the first impression of the organisation when connecting with decision-makers.
Collaborate with Account Executives to pass on qualified leads.
Attend events occasionally to represent the organisation.
Some previous experience in a sales role (entry level) or a business-oriented background.
Native level of Dutch; fluent English.
Proactive mindset, strong communicator, motivated by results.
Analytical skills; ability to build a business case, interpret metrics and use AI tools or similar to work smarter.
