About the role
The organisation is seeking a motivated Strategic Sales Growth Associate to convert engaged freemium users into long-term customers across its identity and e-signature product lines. This entry-level role offers a fast-track opportunity to develop expertise in product-led growth (PLG), strategic sales, and cross-functional collaboration within an international environment.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with existing freemium users to convert them into qualified leads and paying customers.
- Apply a mix of personalised outreach and automated tools to nurture high-value prospects.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing teams to optimise the freemium-to-paid conversion funnel.
- Support two core product lines by developing tailored strategies for both small businesses and enterprise clients.
- Analyse user behaviour and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales funnels and conversion processes.
- Manage and refine the full PLG process to drive measurable revenue growth.
What you bring
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing or B2B environment such as sales development, inside sales, or customer success.
- Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand client needs.
- Interest in modern SaaS sales and digital engagement methods.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools (or willingness to learn).
- Collaborative mindset with the motivation to develop a strategic sales career.
