You will own the top of the sales funnel, reaching out to potential B2B customers via cold/outbound calls, messages, and email. Your goal is to qualify leads, set meetings for Account Executives, and help drive pipeline growth for SaaS clients. You’ll work closely with the team to align messaging, target industries, and optimize outreach.
Generate outbound leads via cold calling, email outreach and LinkedIn.
Qualify potential prospects and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
Maintain and update CRM with lead data and outreach performance.
Collaborate with marketing and sales to craft outreach sequences and improve conversion.
Meet or exceed key metrics for outreach and qualified leads.
Some prior experience in sales or outreach (SaaS or agency is a plus).
Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English; comfortable cold calling and initiating contact.
High energy, persistence and ability to handle rejection.
Organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
Familiarity with sales tools / CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar) is a plus.
