You will lead a sales team focused on partner and vendor relationships, driving revenue growth and market penetration. You are responsible for defining strategy, coaching your team, managing key stakeholder relationships and ensuring targets are met in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
Develop and execute sales strategy for assigned region / product lines.
Lead, manage and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet revenue goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and partners.
Oversee large and complex deals: negotiation, closing, ensuring delivery.
Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, operations and support teams.
Monitor performance, forecast sales, and report to senior leadership.
Continuously assess market trends and competitive landscape for opportunity.
Proven experience in managing sales teams (partner/vendor or channel sales preferred).
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud or data centre technologies.
Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
Fluent in Dutch & English.
Strategic thinking with ability to execute operationally.
Comfortable in driving change and scaling processes.
