You will be the driving force behind growth: acquiring new clients, improving their current situation, and working together with Customer Success Managers. Occasionally you’ll perform cold outreach, represent the organisation at events & trade fairs, manage deals & leads, and help existing clients get more value out of the platform.
Generate and close new business deals; bring in new clients.
Attend exhibitions & events to represent the organisation and build network.
Support existing clients to increase utilisation and satisfaction.
Work closely with Customer Success, helping to translate leads into long-term relationships.
Operate largely independently, with responsibility and freedom in how you approach your goals.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
MBO 4 or HBO level education (commercial direction preferred).
Affinity with SaaS / online media / healthcare sector.
Strong interpersonal & communication skills; easy to connect with people.
Initiative, ambition, curiosity; you’re self-starting and like to contribute new ideas.
A good dose of humour and ability to thrive in a small, informal, innovating team.
Availability for 32-40 hours/week.
Gross salary between €3,500 – €4,000 per month (40h/wk), depending on experience.
Bonus up to 20% annually on top of salary when personal targets are met.
Flexible / hybrid working (min. 1 day/week on office, some work at client locations).
Laptop and other hardware provided.
25 vacation days + 8% holiday allowance (for full-time).
