As Senior Account Manager, you are responsible for acquiring and growing strategic and key accounts with high potential—clients who have outsourced part of their ICT, or are in the process of doing so. Your focus lies on relationship management, expanding the organisation’s footprint, developing existing accounts, and convincing new clients through complex ICT transformation or outsourcing contracts. You lead negotiations, identify needs, and work with internal sales, delivery and contract teams to drive mutual success.
Build and deep-grow relationships within large client organisations, aligning business and technology needs.
Lead from front in bid/tender processes, define winning strategies and handle contract negotiations.
Expand revenue and presence within existing strategic accounts.
Acquire new major clients by identifying prospects and converting them into long-term partners.
Cooperate closely with internal teams (service delivery, contract management, technical experts) to ensure customer satisfaction, retention and delivery quality.
10-15 years of experience in sales/account management, especially in ICT or outsourcing.
Proven track record: minimum €5+ million revenue generated in ICT transformation / outsourcing deals.
HBO+ / WO level of thinking & working.
Experience managing complex outsourcing contracts and working with decision makers at business & technology intersections.
Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset; strong commercial drive and perseverance.
Must hold a driving licence B.
At least 32 hours/week availability (40h preferred).
