About the role
You focus on building lasting customer relations rather than quick wins. You learn to deeply understand client needs, anticipate future requirements, and coordinate the matching and preparation of IT-professionals for client engagements. Your role involves collaboration with recruiters and field coaches, market analysis, and growing your portfolio in a sustainable way.
What you will do
- Build and maintain a portfolio of clients, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Prepare IT-professionals for client conversations so they always present well.
- Look ahead with clients to plan for upcoming IT needs.
- Perform market analysis and use strategic insights to stay ahead.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and field coaches to ensure high-quality matching.
What you bring
- HBO level education.
- 2-5 years of experience in account management or similar client-facing commercial roles.
- Strong commercial & communication skills; proactive, initiator and good listener.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships, network effectively.
What we offer
- Salary between €4,204 - €5,350 OTE per month, depending on experience.
- Lease car with fuel card.
