You will join the Benelux Sales team in a hands-on leadership role, driving commercial growth by leading and coaching the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. Your work involves generating high-quality leads, helping with outreach campaigns, onboarding new SDRs, conducting 1-on-1 coaching, and ensuring your team meets and exceeds targets. You’ll report directly to the Regional Sales Director.
Conduct outbound outreach to potential high-volume customers via phone, email or video call.
Communicate value propositions to business owners and senior executives.
Set up product demos in collaboration with Account Executives.
Onboard and mentor new team members; coach for performance through 1-on-1s and feedback.
Ensure the team functions optimally—place people where they excel.
Take ownership of team KPIs; track and report progress to leadership.
At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally with outbound responsibilities.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Native or near-native Dutch; strong business English.
Experience coaching or training others.
Comfortable in a fast-growing scale-up environment.
Ownership, drive, honesty; someone who positively influences team culture.
