You will help scale the business by identifying and engaging potential clients, showing them how referral recruitment can be optimised and automated. You’ll arrange and lead phone, video, and live meetings to understand prospects’ recruitment challenges and goals, give product demos, and contribute to the sales strategy via playbooks and feedback loops.
Prospect for new clients and explain how referral recruitment solutions can add value.
Schedule and conduct meetings (phone, video, in-person) to identify challenges and qualify opportunities.
Present product demos and work toward closing deals to meet targets.
Collect user feedback to help improve client experience.
Assist in shaping the sales strategy and creating sales playbooks.
1+ year experience in B2B software sales, with a track record in lead generation roles.
Native or fluent Dutch & good command of English.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to quickly add value and adapt in fast-paced settings.
Creative problem solving and readiness to experiment when facing uncertainty.
Experience in HR Tech / Recruitment industry.
Experience selling SaaS / subscription software.
