About the role

You will ensure a smooth and customer-oriented e-commerce process: handling home-order transactions and online customer requests, monitoring digital customer journeys, and contributing to a flawless service experience. As part of the Customer Support team, you’ll work closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance and external partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Process online customer orders from input through invoicing without errors.

  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to resolve issues.

  • Manage and improve customer portals and e-commerce workflows.

  • Generate reports and analyses on assortment, lead times and performance.

  • Address customer questions or bottlenecks and support process improvements.

  • Contribute actively to team projects and initiatives.

What you bring

  • MBO or HBO level of thinking and working.

  • Affinity with e-commerce and/or customer support in a commercial setting.

  • Excellent Dutch verbal and written skills; good command of English.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with Salesforce, ERP systems or SharePoint is a plus.

  • Accurate, structured, service-oriented, stress-resistant and solution-driven attitude.

  • Detail-oriented with strong process awareness.
