As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key part in a dynamic and ambitious sales team, engaging with potential clients and driving new business opportunities. This hybrid role is based in the Netherlands, with several office days per week in Utrecht.
Qualify and prioritise leads to identify high-potential opportunities
Deliver online product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
Communicate the features and benefits of the company’s software clearly and effectively
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the target market, industry trends, and competitors
Build and sustain long-term client relationships
Collaborate with senior sales colleagues to design and execute effective sales strategies
Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress
2–3 years’ experience in an inside sales role with strong self-organisation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
A positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to handle challenges constructively
Adaptability and willingness to learn about products, clients, and market developments
A customer-focused mindset and genuine interest in solving client needs
Resilience and motivation to achieve goals despite setbacks
A collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively within a team
Strong organisational and time management skills
