Junior Accountmanager

About the role

You join the ICT staffing sales team with a chance to rapidly develop towards a senior account manager role within 2-3 years. You’ll be responsible for your own client portfolio, working under the guidance of experienced colleagues, handling both client acquisition and matching candidates to client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Approach new and existing clients to generate requests and business.
• Register vacancies in internal systems and on external job sites.
• Search for candidates via social media, job sites etc. and preselect them.
• Reach out, speak to, and propose suitable candidates to clients.
• Gradually build up your own customer portfolio.

What you bring

• Preferably a completed HBO education (directions less important).
• Affinity with ICT / staffing / recruitment.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in Dutch; good command of English.
• Driving licence B.
• Commercial mindset; some commercial/client-facing experience is a plus.
