About the role
You join the ICT staffing sales team with a chance to rapidly develop towards a senior account manager role within 2-3 years. You’ll be responsible for your own client portfolio, working under the guidance of experienced colleagues, handling both client acquisition and matching candidates to client needs.
Key responsibilities
- Approach new and existing clients to generate requests and business.
- Register vacancies in internal systems and on external job sites.
- Search for candidates via social media, job sites etc. and preselect them.
- Reach out, speak to, and propose suitable candidates to clients.
- Gradually build up your own customer portfolio.
What you bring
- Preferably a completed HBO education (directions less important).
- Affinity with ICT / staffing / recruitment.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in Dutch; good command of English.
- Driving licence B.
- Commercial mindset; some commercial/client-facing experience is a plus.
