About the role

You are the face of our Outside Sales team across multiple online learning brands. You engage in real conversations with professionals, uncover their needs, and match them with our high-quality accredited online courses. Your day will vary: you work on new business, follow up leads, and stay alert to commercial opportunities, collaborating with a driven team.

Key responsibilities

  • Sell accredited online courses to professionals in legal, healthcare, tax & education sectors.

  • Ask the right questions to deeply understand clients’ situations and needs.

  • Maintain sales administration: prepare quotes, track opportunities, report progress.

  • Monitor market trends and convert them into concrete sales opportunities.

  • Participate in professional training and receive coaching from experienced team members.

What you bring

  • Completed HBO or WO bachelor’s degree.

  • Valid driving licence.

  • Curious mindset, perseverance and result-orientation.

  • Entrepreneurial commercial mindset, accurate and able to keep overview.

  • Strong verbal and written Dutch skills.

  • Based within ~50 km of Utrecht and available full-time (40h/week).

  • Relevant sales experience is a plus (min. ~6 months preferred).
